This eye-shaped table is designed as a modern day amulet to protect against the evil eye, also known as "Nazar" in Turkish culture.                                                        

Iris Side Table stands on a cone-shaped base cladded in brass. White, grey and black marble inlays have been precisely cut by hand to be inserted in the eye-shaped frame, together with the brass ring in the middle, giving the eye its contour and contrast.
